Now that Xmas is gone...

So Xmas this year kind of sucked in that I ended up getting sick. I'd been sneezing all last week, and come Thursday night, I felt harrible! Ginger tea has been helping tremendously all weekend, but even today Monday I still feel a little bit of the cold in my throat and chest. I guess I should look at this as a blessing...better to get sick now than later, I leave to New Orleans for New Year's this very Thursday! I am a little jittery to be honest. Excitement and some nerves all rolled up into one!

I am stunned as is the world, over this 9.0 quake that caused tidal waves and has now claimed some 25,000 lives in Southeast Asia. That is not even possible is it?! WOW!!! That is too sad. The quake was so strong that according to scientists, it has knocked the Earth out of its normal rotation. UNFREAKIN'BELIEVABLE!

Xmas is coming, Xmas is coming! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

So, even though I don't really like Christmas, I got into the spirit by putting up our tree. How sweet! If only I can get my shopping started and done soon, I'll be just dandy! EEK!

It's official! I have bought my airline ticket online to spend New Year's Eve in New Orleans! WOOHOO! David's coming along, we were kind of upset that our buddy Johnny flaked on us at the last minute, but it was expected. HO HUM! We really really wanted Johnny to come along, he would've had a great time in the Big Easy. I leave Thursday morning, Dec. 30th and won't return hopefully till Monday, Jan. 3rd. I pray and hope our plane flights go well. I HATE FLYING, BUT HOW ELSE DO I GET TO MY DESTINATION RIGHT??!! UGH!

Gotta go back to work, or pretend to...

As The World Turns

It has gotten so cold here in LA, and so much earlier than normal too! Work is work and last night, I spent it with my ambiguous co-worker William trying to lend an ear to his just failed relationship with some bitch at work. The more and more I listened to his pain, the more and more my crush on him grew. And he must know, for he prick teases me all the time. He was even open to going to a gay bar last night and hanging out. My friends David and Sonny think he is straight for now, but open to the idea of going gay eventually, if not now. GULP! I feel so comfortable around him, and yet nervous too. It's the weirdest feeling. Last weekend, we all hung out together too, went to a strip bar with fully naked chicks! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! And we also went to see "ALEXANDER" a most homosexual movie indeed.

Thanksgiving is over with, now it's on to Christmas and New Year's. If I don't buy a plane ticket to New Orleans this coming week, I'll have to stay in LA for the New Year, and I don't want to.
