IT WAS THE BEST OF TIMES, IT WAS THE WORST OF TIMES...

Regardless of your political position, party affiliation, or personal beliefs, is it not amazing friends to be alive in these extraordinary remarkable times? Did you ever think we'd live to see the day that a biracial man and a middle-aged woman would be competing so fiercely and have such strong support each in these United States of America? My oh my, what a fascinating moment in history this truly is. My equal admiration for both Billary and Obamerz, for running good strong campaigns. May the best "man" win. Just what would the Founding Fathers think about all this, besides rolling over in their graves at this very moment? LOL!

It is exciting, and hopefully a very positive thing for most people (sans a few die-hard Bush supporters). I would hope that our founding fathers would get out of their graves and applaud for the great turn out yesterday. (cool. zombie founding fathers....)

I love them both, if only they could share a ticket, and when they win, appoint John edwards to some important task. Ahhh.... that would be my dream!

I was listening to Nancy Pelosi saying that there will definitely be a Democrat in the White House this time next year. I just hope it's not Nancy in her current role pleading for President McCain to be sane.

Walking the streets of SF Monday night and seeing people excited, optimistic with Hillary and Obama banners helped me to push aside whatever quibbles I have with both. Both are flawed, but what a sea change it would be were either to win.

I envision the founding fathers (and mothers - to quote abigail's admonishment to john "remember the ladies") jumping up doing a victory dance!!

I don't think strategically they should share a ticket - the pollsters have found that 30% of americans will not vote for any clinton and 30% of americans who will not vote for any african-american. if they shared the ticket.....oy (people can be very strange)! we'd have the 'nader effect' of 2000 all over again!

oh there's something most eekellent awaiting for you at the mouse!
